PCA: Gweneth

Behind every great President is a strange, cold, lurking presence that speaks no secrets and walks the silent halls after last bell has rung. And for our purposes that weirdo is Gweneth Li, Vice President of the PCA! This petite but surreptitiously powerful Glalie has never objected to her teammates doing the moving and shaking in the limelight. She strongly prefers subtlety and manipulation to brawn and bluster, and her quiet understanding of the powers that be would indicate future interest in government that spans far beyond Academy rule. It's rumored that Gweneth herself was almost wholly responsible for the election of the Student Body Secretary, and she may have had a hand in young Albrecht's ascent to Presidency as well...

One of Gweneth's most interesting accomplishments to date is her unofficial apprenticeship to Ms. Meow, Principle Felinduce's ([link] --lower corner) right-hand 'mon. Through offering her services as a go-fer, Gweneth has made herself well nigh indispensable to the busy Mew. Should this odd and quiet creature really be skulking about amongst the school's clandestine secrets? Is she a boon, a scourge, or just Ms. Meow's glorified little flunky? Only the Glalie knows for sure...
